Moore’s Creek Sparkling Brut - $13.00 each A delicious, refreshing sparkling wine. Made predominantly from Semillon grapes grown in the Hunter Valley. A blend of both young and old vintages ensures consistency in both quality and style in this wine.

Glenbawn Semillon Chardonnay - $13.00 each An herbaceous, grassy and lifted citrus aroma and fresh, tropical fruit flavours made this wine and ideal accompaniment to most white meat dishes. An excellent table wine.

Glenbawn Cabernet Shiraz - $13.00 each This wine has a full flavoured palate with spicy, peppery overtones from the Shiraz and blackcurrant flavours from the Cabernet. An easy drinking red wine which matches well with most dishes.

Tyrell's Special Aged Tawny Port - $15.00 each A blend of specially aged Tawnies, matured in old oak.This culminates in a wine rich in fruit with a smooth, flavoursome palate and a lingering finish.

Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc - $19.95 each This Sauvignon Blanc is bottle fermented from grapes grown in the Orange region. Vanilla and honey are joined by a hint of marmalade. The full creamy head only enhances this luscious wine.

2002 Chardonnay - $19.95 each This is a light to medium style wine that has a distinct tropical fruit bouquet and palate. With a slight citrus finish this wine would compliment a light spicy Thai dish.

2002 Shiraz - 750ml $19.95 also available in 375ml $14.00 each This Mudgee Shiraz displays Hunter earthiness with the lush berry and chocolate reminiscent of Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep plum red with stewed fruits, earthy toasty tones, liquorice and well-integrated oak.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon - $19.50 each This Cabernet displays some classic cool climate vegetative and berry characteristics. The tannins are well defined and the fruit has harmonised brilliantly with the toasty oak. This wine will improve with careful cellaring.

2007 Verdelho - 375ml bottles - $14.00 each This dry aromatic Verdelho produced in the Hunter Valley is becoming increasingly popular. The palate displays zesty lime and grapefruit with a long clean finish
